Knowledge

Answers grounded in your own documentation, not guesses.

Overview

PawOS's Help Center pairs a searchable article corpus with retrieval-augmented answers — support questions are answered by finding and citing real documentation, and unresolved questions escalate to a real support conversation instead of a dead end.

How it works

  1. 1

    Ask a question

Type a support question in plain language.

  2. 2

    Search first

Paw searches real documentation before generating any answer.

  3. 3

    Cite or escalate

A grounded answer is returned with its source, or the question escalates to support.

Use cases

  • Self-service support that actually points to real documentation
  • Reducing repetitive support questions with accurate, cited answers

Limitations

  • Answers are only as good as the underlying documentation — gaps in docs mean gaps in answers, by design rather than by fabrication
